Please allow a maximum of 5-7 day processing time to create your product. All products are handmade and made to order.

Please allow longer processing times for haircare products. Herbal infusion can take up to 1 month. We want to be sure our ingredients are powerful.

Solo Cosmetics products are natural, handmade with love and specifically created for you. All sales are FINAL. No refunds. If there is an error on Solo Cosmetics behalf, we will be sure to correct it.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please contact us at info@solocosmetics.co regarding your order.

We are NOT held responsible for orders once orders have arrived at USPS for shipping. However, if your product is completely damaged upon arrival, please email us with a photo/video.

After you receive your tracking number and have questions about your order, please contact USPS for further assistance.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct when purchasing. We are not able to change a shipping address once your order is placed.

Please note that our products are made with natural butters with low melting points. Therefore, melting may occur during shipping process and upon arrival. No worries! Simply store the product in a cool dry place or refrigerator. Do not freeze.
